NB TechKnowledgy Ltd. is an IT Consultancy mainly working with Corporate clients.
We provide skills and experience they don't have in house, with an in depth knowledge of embedded systems, both "bare metal" and using "embedded linux", on a variety of processors.

We have produced a couple of products as bespoke solutions providing both the bespoke electronics and the software to run on it.

Until recently, these have been closed source solutions.
A decision was taken recently to open source ALL the hardware designs and the code needed to make them work. Some products that involved bespoke circuit boards have the production cad files available to download, but we are making the bare boards available for sale too. You can of course purchase fully built and tested if you prefer.

Further we have produced a fully GPL compliant set of libraries to run on the Atmel "atmega" series of devices, e.g. atmega328p You will find these processors on the Arduino boards. This will allow anyone to write code for these boards without the need for the Arduino IDE which can be restrictive in use. Example test code and makefiles are included in the downloads, or you can clone them from our BitBucket git repositories.

We also do a limited amount of Web site design and web site hosting. We have our own server, on which we can provide a hosting service. This is primarily for our clients that we design sites for.
